The Syd Tie Top/Dress, by Syd Graham Patterns, "The Syd Tie Top & Dress is a versatile pattern that allows you to make either a loose, full-length Top or a flowy, tiered, mid-calf Dress. With either option, you can add a 3/4-length puffy sleeve or go sleeveless. Whatever direction you go, the pattern features its signature front-tie closure."
Skill Level: Students should have prior sewing experience, know how to thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, and follow a seam allowance.
